- Twins Color Too offers free shipping for orders over $100 and a flat rate shipping for other orders. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. The flat rate is determined by the size of your order and the distance that your order has to travel. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Before submitting your order, please make sure that you have verified your shipping address and the shipping address is correct. Twins Color Too will not be responsible for misdirected or lost packages due to incorrect information submitted.
- Please be aware that as long as we are functioning through COVID there may be unexpected production delays, postal delays, and processing delays. Our production company has to abide by CDC recommendations, safety, and compliance.
Rush Orders
- At this time Twins Color Too we are not accepting rush any orders at this time.
International Shipping
- At this time, Twins Color Too are not able to offer international shipping.
Shipping Notification
- Twins Color Too will send you a shipping notification once your order has been shipped. It may take a few days before the tracking shows any movement but hang tight your order will be on the way soon!
Lost / Stolen Items
- Twins Color Too is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. Twins Color Too is unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge.
