For children, a picture is worth a thousand words. Before they know how to speak, write, or read, they look at drawings to communicate a message. But even as the corporate conversation around representation and diversity reaches stratospheric levels, clothing for Black children, specifically Black twins, has yet to meet the demands of creating more products and animations where communities of color are acknowledged and admired. Seeing the narrative of Black twins in clothing has been non-existent for quite some time, but in the Black culture, twins are known to bring an exceptional amount of joy to families. As a tribute to Black twins all over the world, Twin Color Too showcases the immense fun and love that twins bring to the community.

When 10-year-old founder, Triniti and her mother would go to the store to buy birthday gifts for Triniti's twin cousins, it was a struggle to find the right presents for the duo. While many families opted to buy double the same toys, Triniti wanted to buy her cousins something more personable. Unfortunately, it became clear over the years how underrepresented Black twins and Black twin family's products were in the marketplace. So, like any driven 10-year-old, she took matters into her own hands and began crafting her own ideas for what these gifts should look like. What started off with coloring books geared towards Black twins quickly expanded into a variety of items that displayed how unique and beautiful it was to be a Black twin. Expressing happiness and light with bold colors and even bolder words, Twins Color Too uplifts families to focus on the twin narrative like never before.

We believe everyone deserves to feel confident in who they are and celebrate their special bond. Each collection was curated so Black and brown twins can be enriched with positivity and spread love in all directions. When children are able to view themselves as the main character in their book of life, it's incredible to witness their boost of self-esteem and self-worth.
