Order Procesing
At Twins Color Too most of our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, we submit your order to our production company within 4 hours. This timeframe does not include holidays or weekends. If you place your order on a holiday or weekend, your order will be submitted the following business day. Order processing takes approximately 3 to 5 days.Please allow another 7 to 14 days for shipping.
Depending on the size of your order, some of your products may take longer than others to ship and process. You may receive 2 or more shipments in the same order without additional shipping cost. Please allow additional time for processing and shipping, if it is considered a holiday and/or busy season.
Cancellations
Twins Color Too allows you to cancel your order, only if your order has not been submitted to our production company. If production has started on your order, the order cannot be stopped. If you need to cancel your order, please send an email to info@twinscolortoo.com to cancel. Please include your first and last name, email address, and your order number.

Twins Color Too stands behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not*, minus shipping charges.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, simply return it within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund at the net price (after coupons and/or discounts).All merchandise must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, & unused). Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns. Due to the personal nature of custom items, items with personalization are also not eligible for returns.

To complete your return, Twins Color Too requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return unless the item is damaged/defective, or the incorrect order was delivered. Please include your proof of purchase with the products you wish to return or exchange.Include your return item and receipt, invoice, or packing slip, using the original package if possible. Once the merchandise is received for refund, it will be handled accordingly. Twins Color Too recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
